Back to redesign routine. This time, DC's Red Hood, Jason Todd.
I'm taking inspiration from The Arkham Knight version, and Under The Red Hood movie version.
I made him kinda more vigilante-like, but with hi-tech helmet, which he got from Batman, after they reconciled.
Let's just assume they can reconcile
